  • Cosmetic Discrepancy Check: Inspect the item for major visible damage (scratches, cuts, dents, loose alignments, stains, or persistent odors) that were not declared or documented by the Seller.
  • Package Contents Inventory: Cross-verify the inclusion of all original or stated components, bundled items, modules, and retail boxes listed in the sale description.

1.2 Essential Diagnostic Exclusions & Limitations ("No-Open" Policy)

  • Internal Structural Alterations: To maintain structural and OEM warranty integrity, NewSa technicians strictly conduct external, diagnostic, and interface-level verification.
  • Strict "No-Opening" Mandate: Under no circumstances will NewSa open, unscrew, disassemble, or alter the internal physical casing or structural bonds of any device to inspect its interior.
  • Inability to Assess Part Originality & Hidden Sub-Components: Because the device casing cannot be breached or opened under our strict "no-open" protocol, NewSa is inherently unable to verify with 100% accuracy the absolute originality or genuine state of all parts and sub-components. This diagnostic limitation applies comprehensively to both external assemblies (including, but not limited to, the display panel, camera lenses, and outer housing matrix) and hidden internal components (such as the battery pack, logic boards, internal wiring, display microchips, and underlying capacitors, amongst others). Consequently, verification confirms operational functionality and description alignment based on non-invasive diagnostics.
