PLATFORM COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

1. Our Commitment to a Safe Marketplace
- Platform Definition: "NewSa" (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") refers to the peer-to-peer (C2C) digital marketplace operated by Circec Solutions Private Limited. This encompasses the NewSa mobile application(s), the official website, and any associated digital interfaces, tools, and services provided by the Company to facilitate the listing, discovery, and transaction of goods between users.
- Purpose and Scope: The Platform functions as an intermediary, providing a secure infrastructure for individual users to interact and transact. These Community Guidelines constitute a legally binding agreement and are incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service; they govern all conduct across the Platform, including but not limited to, the use of our listing, messaging, negotiation, and rating systems.
- Commitment to Compliance: By accessing or utilizing the Platform, all users affirm their commitment to maintaining a transparent, respectful, and law-abiding digital environment. Adherence to these guidelines is mandatory for continued access; any violation thereof may result in restricted access, account suspension, or permanent termination of the user's account, at the sole discretion of the Company.
2. Code of Conduct & Interpersonal Standards
- Respectful Communication: Users must interact with honesty, respect, and good faith. This applies to all platform touchpoints, including:
- In-app comment feature on listings.
- Direct in-app chats between Buyers and Sellers.
- "Make Offer" negotiations.
- Post-transaction Reviews and Ratings.
- Prohibition of Hostile Behavior: The use of hateful, harassing, defamatory, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate language is strictly prohibited.
- Enforcement (Three-Strike Policy):
- We employ a three-strike disciplinary system for violations of our behavioral standards.
- Upon the third confirmed violation, the user’s account will be permanently terminated.
- NewSa reserves the right to accelerate this process for severe violations, and all internal decisions regarding account status shall be final and binding.
3. Platform Integrity & Spam Prevention
- Anti-Spam Policy: To maintain a clean marketplace, users are prohibited from engaging in listing spam. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Creating duplicate listings for the same item.
- Using irrelevant keywords to manipulate search visibility.
- Promoting external services, websites, or social media handles.
- No Off-Platform Solicitation: Users must not attempt to redirect transactions or communication off-platform. Any such attempt constitutes a significant violation of platform trust and may, at NewSa’s sole discretion, lead to account termination.
4. Prohibited Content & Transactional Risks
- Illegal Activities: It is strictly prohibited to advertise, sell, or buy any illegal, hazardous, or stolen goods or services.
- Prohibited Items: Users must not list or transact in prohibited items.
- Buyer Responsibility:
- Purchasing prohibited items presents severe legal and material risks to the Buyer.
- Users assume full legal and financial responsibility for any transactions involving such items. NewSa shall not be held liable for any legal consequences arising from a user's decision to transact in prohibited goods.
5. Reporting & Enforcement Mechanisms
- User Blocking & Content Visibility: Users reserve the right to block other users on the Platform. Upon activating the block feature, the following restrictions will be enforced:
- The blocked user will be prevented from viewing any content, listings, or profile information posted by the blocking user.
- The blocking user will be similarly restricted from viewing any content, listings, or profile information associated with the blocked user.
- This measure is provided to enhance user safety and privacy and is intended to mitigate unwanted interactions on the Platform.
- User-Led Reporting: We provide an automated reporting flow allowing users to flag suspicious listings, profiles, public comments, or private in-app chats.
- Systematic Action:
- All reports are automatically logged and reviewed by our system.
- NewSa reserves the right to take appropriate action based on internal assessment.
- The Platform is under no obligation to provide status updates or formal responses to the reporting user.
- Escalation to Grievance Officer: In the event of a dispute or concern that remains unresolved after utilizing standard support channels, users may formally escalate the matter to our appointed Grievance Officer:
